More than 500 Attend TDRp Webinar

More than 500 attended a webinar on TDRp hosted by the Corporate Executive Board on January 31st. Executive Director Dave Vance commented, “This is by far the largest turnout to date for TDRp and clearly indicates the growing interest in this important initiative.” More than 1200 had registered.

TDRp Certification Process Announced

The Center released a draft description of the proposed TDRp certification and accreditation process on February 4th. TDRp certification is proposed for individuals and software while accreditation will be available for consulting and adopting organizations. The document is posted for public comment through February at CenterforTalentReporting.org

TDRp Introduced to the Asia-Pacific Region

Dave Vance was invited to share TDRp at the ASTD-Singapore Training and Development Association’s November 1-2 conference in Singapore. More than 100 participants attended the session

New Book on Human Capital Analytics

Gene Pease, Boyce Byerly, and Jac Fitz-enz have just published a new book Human Capital Analytics: How to Harness the Potential of Your Organization’s Greatest Asset. They describe what is required for good measurement and in particular how you can optimize your investment. Gene is CEO and Boyce Chief Scientist of Capital Analytics, a company at the leading edge of statistical isolation and optimization for human capital initiatives. Wiley is the publisher.

TDRp at the Human Capital Metrics Conference

Carrie Beckstrom, VP of Learning at ADP and Secretary of the CTR Board of Directors, shared ADP’s experience implementing TDRp at the Conference Board’s Human Capital Metrics Conference in New York in November. Jac Fitz-enz, the conference director, reported it was the highest attendance in conference history.

Center for Talent Reporting Launched

The Center for Talent Reporting (CTR) was launched in October 2012 as the home for TDRp. The Center is structured as a 501c6 nonprofit trade association with a mission to develop and implement internal reporting standards for human capital. The Center is supported by memberships and sponsorships as well as revenue from its workshops. Dave Vance serves as Executive Director and Peggy Parskey serves as Assistant Director.
