Northwestern University Offers Help to Demonstrate Value of HR Initiatives

The Workforce Science Project (WSP), part of the Searle Center at Northwestern University, promotes the use of data-driven analysis to develop better human capital management practices. A critical element of WSP is joint research, conducted on a non-profit basis, between academics and business partners using data supplied by partners. Our process is designed to produce useful analysis for business partners. Typically this research results in academic publication, with extensive safeguards for the confidentiality concerns of business partners.

         For a limited time, the first project with each business partner will be conducted without any cost at all to the business partner.  Businesses and other organizations interested in research collaboration should contact Prof. Nicola Persico or Deborah M. Weiss.
